By accessing or using cllocating.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Us
This Site is operated by Center Line Locating, LLC (“CLL”, “we”, “our”), a North Carolina limited liability company. We provide underground utility locating, hydro excavation, CCTV inspection, and related services across the Carolinas and the Southeast.
3. Services & Quotes
Information presented on this Site (including service descriptions, case studies, and pricing references) is provided for general informational purposes only. 5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and case studies — is the property of CLL or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
