Our Story
Center Line Locating was founded in 2015 with a simple premise: the construction industry deserves better underground utility data. Too many projects were being delayed, budgets overrun, and safety compromised by incomplete or inaccurate utility information.
We set out to build a company that prioritizes accuracy over speed, verification over assumption, and documentation over promises. Every project we take on reflects our commitment to providing defensible data that our clients can trust.
Today, we serve developers, engineers, contractors, municipalities, and property owners across North Carolina, South Carolina, and the broader Southeast region. Our team brings together decades of combined experience in utility locating, and infrastructure inspection.
